Speaking of partnerships and choosing Vivaan as a solar partner, with great excitement, we are pleased to announce that Vivaan Solar has recently signed an operation and maintenance contract with Hero Future Energies (HFE) for three of their solar plants.
Carrying the illustrious legacy of the Hero Group, Hero Future Energies (HFE) is a well-known name in the power generation domain. Established in 2012, HFE is one of India’s leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) with operating plants in wind, grid-connected solar and rooftop solar.
Add to this the team from Vivaan Solar that has been forging ahead using an interdisciplinary approach and crafting a robust, functional and engaging system to pioneer efficient solar operation and maintenance.
Optimistic about building a robust portfolio of 5GW by 2024, HFE has entrusted Vivaan with the operation and maintenance of their solar plants located at Suryalata Spinners in Kalwakurthy, Hero MotoCorp & Omni Auto Pvt Ltd in Sricity and Dalmia Cements in Kadapa. All of these three plants are located in Andhra Pradesh.

Operations at the Suryalata plant which has a capacity of 4.5 MW began in October 2021, while work at the HMC plant with a capacity of 2.5 MW and at the Omni Auto plant, which has a capacity of 0.5 MW, began a month later in November 2021.
Operations and maintenance of the Dalmia plant currently in the construction phase, having a capacity of 16 MW, is expected to start once it is handed over by the end of February 2022. We are all geared up and ready to start work on this plant as well.
Our contract with HFE includes taking care of the entire predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance of the three plants and the assets present there. This would include but not be limited to the health and safety of those working there, machine and material procurement and functionality, maintaining the recommended spare parts, carrying out a generation analysis using our SCADA parameter data as well as maintaining a constructive relationship with the third party at site.
Diagnosis of technicalities of the plant to be able to maximize as well as optimize power generation, which is one of Vivaan Solar’s unique selling points, is also a part of the contract.
Falling under the broad umbrella of operation and maintenance, this diagnosis, a SCADA evaluation as well as our expertise in being able to provide a 360 degree solar generation is what makes Vivaan Solar a 360 degree solution partner for everything solar.
